What is your check-in time?

Our check in time is 4pm. If your room is available prior to 3pm we will happily check you in, otherwise, we can store your luggage and you are welcome to use the facilities.

What is required at check-in?

A valid credit card is required at time of booking and upon check-in. Please be advised that upon check-in, your credit card will be pre-authorized for the total charges of your stay plus an additional $200 (minimum) for incidentals per stay. If your reservation has been pre-paid, a pre-authorization of $200 (minimum) is still required at time of check-in for incidentals. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted as a form of security deposit.

What is your check-out time?

Our check-out time is 11am

Do you have a minimum check-in age requirement?

Minimum check in age is 18 (proof of identification may be required)

Do you offer late check-out?

If available, up until noon, free of charge. Noon until 4 p.m. $50 per hour plus tax, after 4 p.m., full night.

Are you able to accommodate special requests?

Special requests are subject to availability and requests can be requested at anytime. We cannot unfortunately guarantee all requests.

Can I store my luggage?

Yes, storage is available in a secure area in our Guest Lobby. Ask Guest Services for assistance.

We do not offer happy hour.

Friday 6am to 11pm
Saturday 7am to 11pm

Pet Policies

Are pets allowed?

Yes, we do have 3 rooms in the hotel that are pet friendly, with an additional charge applied. Subject to availability

What is the pet fee?

Starting at $75.00 per pet, per stay, and rates are based on room type booked. Fees do not include tax and are subject to change, all prices are in CAD.

Are support animals allowed?

Absolutely (No charge if owner has papers)

Is there any weight or breed limits?

Only Dogs or Cats allowed up to 40 kg.
